The Property Management Association of Michigan (PMAM) is offering two great days of education at the 7th Annual GLAStar Educational Conference, Thursday and Friday November 5-6, 2008. The conference classes are designed to address subjects related to Management, Leasing, Marketing, and Maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity and value.
What is GLAStar?
Since 1995 the Great Lakes Area Star (GLAStar) Awards have honored excellence in the Michigan apartment industry.
The winners receive recognition and a prestigious award at the Gala Awards dinner each November. All members of the Property Management Association of Michigan (PMAM) are eligible to enter. Property Management Professionals and Business Partners (vendor members) may enter as many categories as they choose, each entry is submitted on an entry board with supporting materials. All Property Management categories are applicable to conventional and affordable housing. Business Partners have their own categories.
Deadline for entries for GLAStar 2009 is September 18, 2009 at 5:00 pm! Submit your entries EARLY!

Maintenance Mania® is a national competition where maintenance technicians are able to compete against each other in various skill-based games
Local winners then have a chance to compete at the National Championships held at the annual NAA Educational Conference & Exposition.
